Judging
Criteria

No mystery, no politics. Every run is scored on a transparent 100-point scale so drivers know exactly what wins — and fans know exactly what they're watching.

The scale

Three pillars.
One hundred points.

Line and Angle set the foundation — are you where you should be, and pinned to the right attitude? Style is where champions separate: how committed, how fluid, how fast you make it all look.

Pillar 01

Line

The prescribed path around the course — the racing line the judges set for the run.

Line may be broken up into sectors at each course, dealing with zones, clipping points, and touch-and-go areas. Nail the outside zones, kiss the clips, and stay glued to the correct line from entry to exit to bank the full thirty.

Zones

Wide, outer areas you must fill to prove commitment to the line.

Clips

Inner clipping points to hit tight and clean.

Touch & Go

Precision markers — brush them and drive on without losing flow.

Pillar 02

Angle

How much attitude you carry — and how cleanly you hold it — through every sector.

Like Line, Angle can be broken into sectors at each course dealing with zones, clips and touch-and-go areas. Big, consistent angle held with control scores; hesitation and correction cost you.

Where points slip away — deductions
  • Slow rotations — lazily easing into angle instead of a decisive, committed transition.
  • Stepped rotations — adding angle in small increments rather than one clean rotation.
  • Inaccurate rotations — adding or subtracting angle mid-corner instead of holding a consistent attitude.

Pillar 03 · The decider

Style

The biggest single bucket of points — judged from the start line all the way through the finish line.

Style is split evenly into two halves. This is where the fearless and the fluid pull away from the field.

Fluidity

20

Smoothness and flow — linking transitions with no hesitation, no corrections, no wasted motion. One continuous, connected run.

Commitment

20

Speed, aggression and conviction — sending it to the zones and clips at pace, on the door, without lifting.

Zero score

What makes a run incomplete

If any of these happen during a run, it's considered INCOMPLETE and the driver does not receive a score:

Spinning out
Drifting with the opposite angle to what's required
Hood, hatch, trunk or doors opening mid-run

Judging specifics — sector maps, zone and clip placement, and any per-event tweaks — are covered in the drivers meeting and the CMD rulebook. When in doubt, ask a judge before your run.
